I've gotten mixed responses from Nexon

Before going into it. Just an Maplestory 2 Mesos buy illustration of one of these. Made a few articles previously about this as others. These services are used by gamers for the previous two years in Maplestory. They were only blocked this year on May the 22nd which was when significant DDOS attacks were happening and Maple had plenty of downtime. When they solved the problems no one was able to connect using these services. Most likely blocked along with everything else.Since then, others and I haven't only made an effort to contact these services about the problem connecting to Global Maplestory, but we have also contacted Nexon about it via support. Both services told me they could no longer connect either after running multiple tests and trying different things. I've gotten mixed responses from Nexon. I don't think the first one understood what I was asking as he said he would pass it on to the developers. I tried again a couple months later and was met with a different reaction.Because you can see them seem to think it's exactly like any other private network. VPNs are obviously against the TOS and while W[tfast and Battleping are equally personal networks that they alone should not be blocked as they're utilized by thousands of players who suffer with high latency. Battleping also utilizes the users IP address to login before connecting through the US server that Nexon would have the ability to see I'd assume. In addition, he states the game should be playable without these services that you have a broadband connection that's not correct. The waits are clear as day and not everyone lives near the servers in the usa. Without these solutions the general gameplay experience isn't smooth. There are noticeable flaws in strikes and buffing. Also trying to pull a double flash leap close to instantly is impossible without these solutions. You don't have to have control MaplestoryM Mesos over these 3rd party solutions. You simply need to unblock them. I found that this too. Because you can see this is fairly recent. I really don't know if they're still trying to get it working with the development group but a word on this would be fine.
