Steel titan gives 20 percent defense boost

Ex: Steel titan gives 20 percent defense boost. 20% of 99= 19.8, which rounds to 20. 20 defense levels will boost combat, which would increase it by five levels (defense*4=1cb Level). 99 summoning gives you 12 combat levels. What are the remaining 7 combat levels go? It's a little absurd. The creature is clearly an integral part of you. You made and control it and have the power to destroy it. Why don't they change this?

You can summon creatures to battle you in a duel arena. It is 1v1 fighting, but it is still labeled multi. Why can't they allow the same thing for PvP and bounty worlds? It doesn't seem too hard to me. P.S. to anyone who suggests going multi... not. If you only take you and a companion to a multi zone, you'll be so smacked that it's funny.

I've got an idea for how you can make the most use of the runecrafting guild's teletabs. These tabs can teleport you to the outside of each altar, or to the guild at the wizard tower. They can be used together to create short bank trips. However, a lot of these teleports require magic lvls and members items.
