The system has to be changed, Jagex has to adapt

Kannel:
Runescape Gold

Trouble is, we are all makers and thinkers. We are conditioned to RS gold adjust the world around us to our requirement. When that environment includes other people we need to talk it out. The act of adjusting in passively accepting the opinions of another is called being sheep. You get slaughtered.

These are signs of intelligence Focus and flexibility. Jagex does not have either. Jagex is adamant in its method of rushing with updates. Its focus is on dollars and not people. Jagex's communication is what causes the issue. The Runescape forums lie at the heart of the issue. Jagex and players can gather in forums to discuss Runescape and get it moving again.

Jagex may believe that Runescape will survive if it adapts to the other MMOs. The twist is that adaptors die. But the real answer is that Jmods are limited to the extent and to whom they communicate with. It's all about time. They are able to only speak to a handful of people per day. The majority of Jmods are able to talk to just few players, if they even have any. These connections will have been built over time and basically are "Yes!" Groups that follow Jmod suggests. Fmods (some disguised Jmods), which are accountable for ending any dissent on forums.

The system has to be changed, Jagex has to adapt its forums. Fmods are to be dropped. Fmods need to be made a full-time job at Jagex with professional standards. Fmods must stop calling players "you guys" and the like. Fmods are causing havoc in certain sections of forums.

The second is to keep forums updated with more voices and options. Allow players to avoid each other, and utilize other tools to build connections in the forums. Give the RS forums the flexibility of Facebook which is a easy way to group them. Jagex isn't the only one who has flooded forums, which has made them rigid.

Let the players choose 12 members to a council of players that will decide on updates. One small one, maybe a couple hundred thousand dollars per year. Use Facebook as well as Twitter to communicate with the forums.

It will end years like 2012, when Jagex refused to take the time to listen to players. Jagex was wrong to say that 90% of players are fans of SoF, and 80% are in love with cheap OSRS gold EoC. It's either adapt or die, which is a bit of absurdity. Talking does a better job however, the time is running out. Tick Tock Jagex.
