When my wife wants to watch American Idol and America's funniest videos
Wireless Headphones for HDTVI have had wireless headphones for about 4 years. They saved my marriage. After we got a big screen TV we had to watch just that one. Before, there were a small one in the kitchen and bedroom. If we didn't want to watch together, it was no problem. But the big screen we both wanted to watch that so it was a BIG Problem when only one wanted to watch. The other had to endure the words, music and NOISE of a show they did not like . We solved our problem, and saved our marriage with headphones. They are good. There are many many choices, maybe a hundred.I like the RS ones because I could go to the local store and get them . They still work good. When I had a problem, I just took them back and they gave me a new pair. I love the rechargeable batteries. The same set lasts over a year. I bought the extended warranty for 8 bucks. The difficulty I have is getting comfortable with ear phones. These were about the same a others. It is a matter of adjusting the length of each side and playing with that fit a little. I am a perfectionist!!!The headphone materials are good and sturdy. In my usual carelessness, I drop them from time to time. So far there has been no damage except minor cosmetic things: scratch and smudges. I like the voice clarity circuit on these phones. It is an extra that is not usual on the lower priced models like this. I use these for TV and for me the sound is perfect. No problems.The set up is instant with adaptor in the box for different TVs. This is a problem for some systems. They have big RCA jack and the TV has a small one or vice versa. Basically you just plug it in, TURN DOWN the TV sound and it works.When my wife wants to watch American Idol and America's funniest videos, I am no longer bothered by the idiotic sounds.
