I ended up gaining a total of 50 lb and my girls were good weights . I did end up with lots of stretched out skin on my belly but I guess it's a small price to pay for my girls.Dont worry your body will stretch in ways no one ever thought possible. I got HUGE 63 inches around at my biggest ALL BABY part and still had 11 weeks to go before my due date .In 5'6" and i made it 35 weeks with my twin and some how they both fit in there.
