PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. Tim Byrdak is back at Mets camp today after spending the last two weeks in Chicago continuing his rehabilitation process following shoulder surgery. What exactly he will do here is not yet clear.
The left-handed reliever was throwing from 90 feet in Chicago on a four-day weekly schedule he would throw Monday and Tuesday, take Wednesday off, and throw Thursday and Friday. He would take weekends off.
Byrdak said coaches and trainers will need to see him throw before making a decision on whether he will be extended to 120 feet and what his weekly routine will look like.
"If I can off the mound by the end of spring training, like I said before, that'd be great," Byrdak said,Gucci Bags. "But I'll talk to him to find out exactly what we have mapped out because it's now more structured where now they can see me everyday."
Before returning to Chicago, Byrdak told reporters he's shooting to return by July 1 after sustaining a torn anterior capsule in his pitching shoulder last August. He underwent the surgery the same operation Johan Santana had done in September and signed a minor-league contract to return with the Mets in November.
At the time, doctors said the injury could be career-ending. Now 39, Byrdak is striving to make sure that isn't the case and hopes a return to the team will hasten the process,burberry Outlet.

Mets pitching coach Dan Warthen said Frank Francisco will throw 10 times from 60 feet and 25 times from 75 feet during his scheduled throwing session today,cheap Gucci shoes.
Francisco had been shut down upon arriving at spring training until this week due to elbow inflammation. He underwent surgery in December to remove bone spurs in his pitching elbow.

Feliciano will wear a heart monitor for two weeks (he had it on this morning in the clubhouse) but he has been cleared to resume baseball activities after doctors diagnosed him with a rare genetic condition called left ventricular noncompaction.
